Get to Know United Hope Center | Therapy in Mokena, IL
Good therapy starts with feeling understood.
We're a therapy practice built around a pretty simple idea: people are more than what they're going through.
At United Hope Center, we offer thoughtful, culturally responsive counseling for adolescents, adults, and older adults. No one-size-fits-all approaches. Just real conversations, meaningful support, and room to figure things out together.
HOW WE SEE THINGS
There's More to Your Story.
You are not just your anxiety, your relationships, your past, or the things you're trying to change.
You're also your experiences, your values, the people who shaped you, and everything you've learned along the way.
We believe therapy should make room for all of that.
Our approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in getting to know you as a person. We'll help you explore what's happening, understand the patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that actually make sense for your life.
Not someone else's version of what your life should look like. Yours.
THE WHOLE PERSON MATTERS
Your Background Is Part of the Conversation.
Family, culture, language, and identity can shape so much of how we experience the world.
Sometimes those influences bring connection and strength. Sometimes they come with complicated expectations, difficult conversations, or things we're still trying to understand.
We don't assume we know what your experiences mean to you. We'd rather ask.
At United Hope Center, we approach those conversations with curiosity, respect, and an understanding that your perspective matters.
Bilingual therapy is available in English and Spanish with Gabriela Rebollar, LCSW.
SUPPORT THROUGH LIFE'S CHANGES
Different Chapters. Different Challenges. Same Thoughtful Care.
There's no particular age or stage of life when you're supposed to have everything figured out.
We work with adolescents ages 14–17, adults, and older adults navigating everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, grief, relationships, substance use, and major life transitions.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or someone you love, we'll help you explore your options.
