In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals, and together we’ll start to create a plan that fits your needs.

Yes—your privacy is very important. Our sessions are confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (such as if someone is at risk of harm). We’ll explain these exceptions in the first session so you feel informed and safe.

Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth (online) sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule.

Therapy sessions are typically 53 minutes. The overall length of therapy depends on your goals and needs—some people benefit from short-term support, while others find value in ongoing sessions.

We do not offer therapy for individuals who are court-mandated or required to attend treatment as part of legal proceedings. Court-ordered therapy often involves specialized assessments, documentation, and reporting that fall outside the scope of our practice.

We use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. We adapt approaches to meet your specific needs.
