Our Team
Gabriela Rebollar, MSW, LCSW
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 18 years of experience, I’m passionate about providing therapy that meets people where they are—culturally, emotionally, and personally. I’ve spent much of my career supporting individuals navigating addiction and substance use, as well as those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship struggles.
I work with clients ages 14 and up, offering a space where you can feel safe to be honest, vulnerable, and empowered. I believe that lasting change begins when we face life’s toughest moments head-on—and I’m here to guide and support you through that process with compassion and clarity.
My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered. I draw from a variety of modalities to best support your goals and needs, always with an eye toward healing, growth, and helping you move forward.
Donna L. Gorma, MA, LPC
I provide psychotherapy for individuals who are navigating meaningful life transitions, emotional distress, or long-standing patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Many of the clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, or a deeper sense of feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. Therapy can offer a structured and supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making more intentional choices.
My academic background includes an undergraduate foundation in philosophy, which shaped my early interest in meaning, identity, and the human experience. I later earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California, where my training was informed by Jungian and depth-oriented psychology. This perspective continues to influence my appreciation for the inner life, personal narratives, and the deeper themes that often guide our struggles and growth.
I began my clinical work in the field of substance use treatment, supporting individuals whose recovery journeys were frequently intertwined with trauma, mental health conditions, and complex social stressors. Working in diverse treatment settings strengthened my belief in people’s capacity for resilience and reinforced the importance of meeting each person with respect, curiosity, and compassion.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and thoughtfully direct. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness practices. I also incorporate existential themes when helpful, supporting clients in exploring questions related to purpose, values, and personal direction. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, clarify boundaries, and build the confidence to take healthy, values-aligned risks.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels both supportive and purposeful — a space where clients can explore difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward greater self-acceptance and stability at a pace that feels manageable.
Outside of my professional role, I value time outdoors, reading, cooking, and staying physically active. Maintaining balance in my own life allows me to be fully present and engaged in the work I do with clients..
